A nine-story boutique condo located in the heart of Toronto’s beloved Annex neighborhood, Bianca is beautiful in form and boasts a contemporary, all-white façade and large striking terraces. Capitalizing on the design language of these sweeping architectural elements, KDA created a signage and wayfinding program for Bianca that feature designs exclusively tailored to the resident and visitor experience.
KDA developed a custom family of sign elements that, like the architecture itself, is derived from a three dimensional stepped grid. The form of the signs share the same angles, colours and finishes as the architecture and contribute to the harmonious and calm urban oasis.
Seamless Integration
Respecting the quality of the interior wall finishes, the signage was delicately pinned to the walls to seamlessly meld with the beauty of the space.
As Tridel’s designated signage consultant, KDA was thrilled to create bespoke designs in response to Bianca’s elevated and sophisticated environment.
