KDA created a bold branded media gateway that marks a key arrival point, immediately setting an inviting and memorable tone for shoppers. At the heart of the program is a strategic numeric-code system that clearly identifies the mall’s various entrances, making orientation simple and intuitive from the moment visitors arrive. Coordinated exterior and interior signage works seamlessly together, guiding guests effortlessly through parking areas, entrances, and interior spaces.

A Seamless & Memorable Visitor Journey
KDA introduced a user-friendly numeric zoning system to clearly identify each of Square One’s mall entrances. This simple but effective code enhances visitor orientation by providing easy-to-remember reference points throughout the centre. Numeric identifiers appear consistently across signage—exterior, parking, and interior—ensuring guests can effortlessly link their arrival points to wayfinding markers inside the mall. This system streamlines navigation, reduces confusion, and improves overall flow, creating a more enjoyable and stress-free shopping experience for everyone.
Streamlined Parking with Real-Time Guidance
A comprehensive parking signage strategy was developed to seamlessly integrate a real-time parking guidance system across Square One’s surface lots and parkades. Large numeric IDs in the surface lots and overhead vehicular directional signs, colour-coded column graphics, and branded elevator lobbies reinforce the numeric entrance zones in the parkades, helping visitors find available parking quickly and confidently. This cohesive approach simplifies the transition from vehicle to mall entrance, reducing congestion and enhancing convenience. Together, these parking elements create a welcoming and efficient arrival experience that supports smooth movement throughout the entire site.
