Bisha Hotel & Residence
Lifetime Developments & INK Entertainment, Toronto
Bisha, a lively 96-room hotel and luxury residence, is the brainchild of visionary nightclub owner, restaurateur, and music promoter Charles Khabouth. Featuring thoughtfully designed interiors by Studio Munge, the renowned Toronto-based firm known for its opulent designs, and Grammy-winning artist Lenny Kravitz of Kravitz Design, Bisha is nestled between Toronto’s vibrant Fashion District and the historic Old Toronto.
KDA complemented this chic, club-style boutique hotel and residential complex with a stylish signage narrative and iconic placemaking program. Exuding an artful design, and effortlessly lavish experience, Bisha possesses an unmistakably seductive rock and roll allure.
Curated & Distinctive
KDA created a bespoke signage, wayfinding and environmental graphics program that was meticulously curated, capturing and embracing the aesthetic journey of this exclusive boutique hotel and residence.
Incorporating a luxurious colour palette of gold and black lacquer, the signs subtly blend with the sumptuous ambiance of the interiors creating a seemingly personal wayfinding experience.
KDA’s comprehensive program encompassed not only wayfinding solutions for the hotel and residences but also distinctive identification placemaking for its array of restaurants, bars, amenity spaces, and the rooftop lounge.
Visitors are welcomed into a lobby that exudes seductive appeal, spaces are bold, lavish and textured. No design detail was left unconsidered. Old-school opulence and jet-set glamour are mixed with modern yet eclectic aesthetics.
Immersive Placemaking
KDA ensured that the signage and placemaking program enhanced the overall experience by contributing to the creation of an atmosphere where guests and residents could find their way while feeling immersed in the luxurious and distinctive world of the Bisha brand.
