Auberge on the Park

Auberge on the Park is a luxury development comprising three towers of 45, 39, and 29 storeys, situated on the historic Inn on the Park site. This unique condominium melds traditional architectural elements with a contemporary design, evoking a European ambiance with a boutique hotel feel.
KDA developed an elegant signage and wayfinding program that aligns with the sophisticated interior design by II BY IV Design. The overall program reflects a seamless integration of the development’s blend of modern and traditional aesthetics.
Architectural Tribute
The main entrance feature wall pays homage to the history of the Inn on the Park, incorporating the curved, muted-color motifs used throughout Auberge on the Park’s interiors, softly framing them within bold architectural elements.
The cohesive wayfinding system enhances navigation across the property’s three towers and parking areas, while also elevating the guest experience through its alignment with the architectural narrative.

Serene & Luxurious
The materials and finishes were carefully selected to enhance the serene and luxurious atmosphere of the interiors. KDA opted for finishes that mirror the boutique hotel feel of the property, using high-quality materials that evoke a sense of timeless luxury.
The signage, while understated, carries a level of sophistication that speaks to the grand salon inspired amenities, blending seamlessly into the overall environment while contributing to the property’s ambiance.
Harmonious System
Guided by the grandiose architectural features, such as barrel-vaulted ceilings and paneled walls, KDA created signage that echoes these sophisticated design elements. The use of sleek, contemporary lines in the wayfinding system is harmoniously paired with intricate detailing, capturing the unique blend of old-world charm and modern refinement.
