Located in the lakeside community of Bayside Toronto, Aquabella is a luxury condominium development offering modern and sophisticated living with a focus on waterfront living and contemporary design.
The aesthetic language of the wayfinding program for Aquabella is adapted from KDA’s system-wide Tridel Signage Standards, unified with bespoke design elements to reinforce 3XN’s architecture and II BY IV’s interior design character.
Complementing the overall open nature of the architecture, KDA’s program reinforces the elegant material palette of bronze and wood, as well as the curved, linear motifs prevalent through the interior design.
Bespoke Design Elements
KDA created cylindrical sign forms that speak to the dramatic, cascading screen of fluid, looped bronze rings featured in the main lobby.
