KDA created a sophisticated signage program for 2Fifteen Lonsdale, a 20-storey, luxury residential tower located in Forest Hill, one of Toronto’s premier neighbourhoods. The program complements and expands upon the building’s architectural, landscape and interior design intent.
From masonry-detailed gateway features and integrated wayfinding signs to stylish suite numbers and custom-designed iconography for all amenities, KDA’s thoughtfully curated signage program seamlessly reflects the boutique experience of this luxurious residence.
A welcomed arrival
The property’s branded address, 2Fifteen, is beautifully lit within an elegant niched wall. Complementing the façade’s accentuating use of handmade Danish brick, two gateway features greet residents and guests upon arrival.
The Boutique Experience
The interior signage reinforces 2Fifteen’s elegant form, colour and luxurious material palette. It is pleasingly tailored to evoke a positive tenant, resident and visitor experience.
